Use Case
A consulting company needed to monitor fragmented public RFP boards, identify bids related to its services, and decide which opportunities justified proposal effort before deadlines approached.
Public opportunities appeared across multiple procurement sources and schedules. Proposal owners needed a consistent way to review requirements, assess fit, and focus their limited response effort on the strongest opportunities.
Solution
For this delivery, we built a custom agent that monitors public bid sources, extracts requirements and deadlines, evaluates qualification fit, retrieves approved material from prior responses, and prepares a grounded first draft.
The consulting team gained one workflow from opportunity discovery through qualification and drafting while retaining human control over go or no-go decisions, final content, and submission.
Architecture
The workflow connects public procurement sources to an opportunity monitor, qualification and evidence retrieval, grounded drafting, and a final owner-controlled review and submission step.
How it works
The agent monitors approved public bid sources, captures newly published RFPs, and organizes their scope, deadlines, issuing authority, and submission requirements.
It compares each opportunity with the company’s services, experience, credentials, geography, and response constraints. For qualified bids, it retrieves relevant language and project examples from approved prior responses to assemble a grounded first draft.
The workflow identifies missing information, asks the responsible owners for decisions or inputs, and tracks the next action. People retain control over the go or no-go decision, final review, and submission.
